COURSES & TRAINING - HOW TO BOOK
All individual consultations, training courses and events can be booked through Infinite Mind Ltd by telephone, letter, email or where available, through the secure shop at www.infinite-mind.co.uk

Unless otherwise agreed, 100% of the session/course fee is required to guarantee your place and must be received before the agreed closing time.

Where necessary, application forms will be forwarded to you.

PAYMENT
Where available, payments can be made through our secure shop, by bank transfer or cheque.

All payments for training courses and events must be received 14 days in advance of the course start date and should be accompanied with your full contact details.

If an appointment is available, individual consultations can be booked and payed for at short notice but must be done prior to the agreed appointment time.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
Upon receiving your booking request and full payment, you will be sent a receipt and joining instructions. This will include all relevant details you’ll need for joining the course including location, times, what to bring etc.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFER
If a participant requests a transfer to an alternative course and the request is received within 21 days of the original course start date there will be an administration charge of 10% of the course fee.

If a request is made to transfer to an alternative course within 7 days of the course start date there will be an administration charge of 25%.  If a participant fails to attend the course all fees are forfeited.

Cancellation of a booking is subject to the following charge:
Within 28 days of the course – 25% of the total fee
Within 21 days of the course - 50% of total fee
Within 14 days of the course – 75% of the fee
Within 7 days of the course – 100% of total fee

CANCELLATION BY INFINITE MIND LTD
Infinite Mind Ltd reserves the right to change dates and venues.  Infinite Mind reserve the right to alter the course content, location or cancel any course at any time without liability.

COURSE CONFIRMATION
We aim to confirm your place on the course within 48 hours of receiving your completed form, deposit or payment. If you do not hear from us within a working week please contact our office: info@infinite-mind.co.uk or call: 02476 739 022

FEES
The fees for courses over one day or more in duration include the tuition, materials, morning coffee and afternoon tea.

OWNERSHIP AND QUALITY OF INFORMATION
Legal and beneficial title to all intellectual property rights existing in any documentation, data, know-how, methods and concepts, used or developed by us in providing the services, shall, as between you and us, belong to and remain vested in us.

All conditions or warranties (whether expressed or implied by statute or common law or arising from conduct or a previous course of dealing or trade custom or usage or otherwise) as to the quality of the session materials we supply or their fitness for a particular purpose (even if that purpose is made known expressly or by implication to us) are expressly excluded.

DATA
When you place an order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy.

We will never share your details with anyone else but we may contact you at some point in the future to share relevant information. In most cases this will be by email. If you don’t wish to receive this information you can easily unsubscribe.

OUR PROMISE
We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the services you order under this agreement, but we do not guarantee any results of the services. Any decision you make having received any of our services are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take.

UNFORSEEN EVENTS
We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

GENERAL ISSUES
This agreement is the entire agreement between us and it supersedes any previous agreement between us relating to any services we provide, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us both. We both agree that by entering into this agreement, neither of us has relied on, and is not able to have any remedy, for any statement, promise, representation or understanding (whether it is made negligently or innocently) or any person other than what is expressly promised in this agreement. The only remedy available for breach of the promises in this agreement is for breach of contract. Nothing in this paragraph attempts to limit of exclude any liability for fraud.

No failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under this agreement will prejudice or restrict those rights. If we waive our rights to require you to comply with this agreement it will not operate as a waiver or any further exercise of the aright and a waiver of any breach will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

We both agree that each provision of this agreement is severable and distinct from any other. If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, we both agree that the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the agreement is not affected.

No terms of this agreement are intended of the benefit of any third party, except where expressly stated in this agreement, and we both agree that it is not intended that and term of this agreement should be enforceable by a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. If you choose to make an order, these terms and conditions only apply to that order and not to any future orders.

Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions. Bookings cannot be confirmed until full payment has been received. All requests for cancellations and transfers must be confirmed in writing and are subject to the conditions above. Cancellation less than 7 working days before the course or if a delegate fails to attend, all fees are forfeit.

How do we protect your information?
Infinite Mind Ltd has strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access and to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. This means that sometimes we may ask you for proof of identity before disclosing any personal information to you. Any payments made online are done so through PayPal with no information being held by us.

PRODUCTS
Infinite Mind Ltd produces and sells quality products that have either been designed or chosen to help you achieve greater success, health and happiness in all areas of your life. 

Deliveries:
After receipt of your order we will process and send your purchase as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours.

Returns
If any product purchased from Infinite Mind Ltd is damaged and therefore not fit for use, please return it within 14 days along with the original packing and a brief description of the damage. We will check it and if necessary either return the item repaired, send a replacement or give a full refund.

When your item is being delivered please check the box is intact and all packing is not ripped or damaged. If you are not happy with the state of the packaging please do not accept the goods.

Payment Methods
Payment - Full payment is required in advance for all product orders, training courses, events and individual sessions over the telephone.

Online payments are made through our shop using PayPal’s online secure payment system. PayPal is the worlds leading online payment service.
